The two-step assessment

Your company answers stay in this browser tab until you complete step two. With the consent shown there, we save your name, work email, company website domain and company facts so GetDataQuote can contact you about the assessment. Your initial lead is saved even if you do not finish the later refinement questions. A successful save shows a confirmation, with the request reference available under details.

Refining your results and requesting introductions

Later questions help refine the shortlist. These answers stay in your browser tab until you submit an introduction request with separate consent. That request saves your structured answers, selected buyers, the initial receipt reference, consent version and submission time in a separate record. Closing the tab clears unsent answers, but does not delete an initial lead or request already saved. Do not provide files, sample records, credentials, customer identities or confidential examples.

Each lead and introduction request is kept in private Cloudflare Workers KV storage for up to 90 days from its own submission. Authorised account administrators and appropriately scoped account credentials can access this storage. There is no public route to read submissions. Live records expire automatically, or can be removed earlier after a verified deletion request. Cloudflare supplies the infrastructure and may process information in its global service network.

Unlocking the buyer rating chart

You can unlock the full comparison with your name and email, plus an optional company name. With the consent shown in that form, we save these details for up to 90 days so GetDataQuote can contact you about the buyer comparison. You do not need to complete the company assessment. Unlocking the chart does not share your details with buyers.

Email introductions

When you select buyers, give introduction consent and click Make intros, GetDataQuote can email each selected buyer separately with your contact details and the company answers you submitted. Your email is included so the buyer can reply directly. Buyers do not receive the other selected buyers’ email addresses. The confirmation shows whether introductions were accepted for sending or need follow-up. An accepted email is not a confirmed delivery, buyer response or offer.

Our email service, Resend, processes the introduction and delivery information. The site keeps its request and sending status for up to 90 days. A buyer may keep an introduction under its own privacy terms. A deletion request to GetDataQuote removes our retained record; it does not recall an email or remove information already received by a buyer. Deletion and access

Email [email protected] from the work email used in your request, including the request reference from the confirmation details if available, to request access, correction or deletion. We verify the request before acting. Clearing assessment answers does not delete a request you already submitted. Your request reference is available in the confirmation details.

Essential technical information

Cloudflare processes connection information to deliver and secure the website. The request endpoint uses a temporary hashed network identifier for abuse controls, expiring after about an hour. We do not log contact details, company profiles or raw IP addresses in application code. Hosting providers may retain their own service logs under their terms.

This site uses no advertising tracking or analytics cookies. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, and buyer icons may load through Google's favicon service. Those services receive the connection information required to serve the font or icon. External provider links and email links are optional.
